Painful experience. I wouldn't recommend Last Minute to my worst enemy. I booked a white water rafting trip to find out the day before it was cancelled. I had already booked a car and hotel. I have tried numerous times to get a refund and it has proven to be very difficult. A classic example of a company taken your money and not following up with the customer. Terrible customer service! It turns out through some bi-law loop hole they woulnd't refund my money. It's criminal in my eyes. A word to the wise don't book with last minute.

We booked a Holiday through last minute .com, To old palace resort sahl hasheesh Hurghada it's was so easy straight forward, the staff on the phone was helpful we experienced no problems what so ever. We just had to download our tickets, and then went to the airport all with no fuss. The plane was lovely and large with quite a bit of leg room we flew with monarch 330.
The Hotel was outstanding no complaints what so ever room cleaned every day helpful staff, clean large pool white sandy beach two minutes from hotel. Would recommend using Last Minute Dot Com as we will be using them for our next holiday and I can't wait!!!!!!

when people like lastminute.com book accomodation transfers and flights, they package them together for YOU, the customer. If a customer needs to cancel a holiday the only way they will get it done free of charge is if they cancel within 24hours, lastminute.com and others buy rooms from hotels, so when they sell them to a customer and the customer cancels, the hotel charges lastminute.com. Are they going to pay because you booked a holiday you can no longer travel on? A little help people, always read the small print!!!!!

as for the prices, nowadays people think they can get everything for nothing! they expect 5 star holidays for 2 star prices.
